New Holland continues to develop its BigBaler Plus range. The manufacturer is indeed marketing a new model called BigBaler 1270 Plus Density.
Improve ball production
The New Holland BigBaler 1270 Plus Density has been developed to produce even denser bales. This will have a positive impact on profitability thanks to a reduction in certain costs such as transport, storage and handling. To achieve this objective, the machine is equipped with more resistant and efficient components.
The new generation of hydraulic cylinders will thus boost the lateral compression capacities. According to New Holland, the potential gain will be 113% compared to BigBaler 1270 Plus. To maintain this level of performance over the long term, the machine also has reinforced profiles, Hardox anti-wear protections and a new piston.
Better quality knots
The BigBaler 1270 Plus Density baler, whose design is largely inspired by that of the BigBaler 1290 High Density, incorporates LoopMaster technology as standard. Already present on other machines in the range and awarded many times, it generates better quality knots while preventing debris from falling to the ground. Compared to older devices, their resistance will be up 26%.
