Excavator sales of 26 leading Chinese manufacturers increased to 126,941 units in the first quarter of 2021, an increase of 85% compared with the previous year. Such data is provided by China Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association
In the first three months of this year China sold 113,565 excavators (+85.3%). In addition, equipment exports increased to 13,376 units (+81.9%).
The highest level of sales occurred in March. In the first spring month, 79,035 earthmoving machines were purchased domestically, 60% more than in the same period in 2020.
